Mommy Mondays: Woohoo

Sometimes I pull myself up by the bootstraps and do something out of the ordinary. I take a break from my normal underachievement and blow even my own socks off. I thought my daughter's Valentine's Day hair qualified as one of these moments. (I got the idea from Pinterest---of course!)

What Mommy Moment have you done superbly lately? Go ahead, pat yourself on the back!

Ok, that's too cute! I love Pinterest, but I've never attempted the cook hair-dos. Very precious! :)

That is pretty awesome, but is it hard? It looks hard.

LOVE the hair! I totally meant to do something like that with my kindergartener's hair on V-day, but I completely forgot.

By the way, we're doing a new fun feature at Mormon Mommy Writers called Manuscript in Motion Mondays- it's a blog party, so you write a post on your own blog about whatever you've accomplished with your writing this week, then you come over to MMW and link up so we can all read your post. I'd love to find out what you're working on and benefit from your pearls of wisdom. ;-) I love your blog!

You totally deserve applause for that. I have three girls, two with beautiflu long hair, and they're lucky if I find the time to run a brush through it most mornings. (Of course my oldest is 11, but she could still use a Mommy brush through).
